Terms and Conditions of Services with Customers

1. These terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions related to the use of the website, represent the main principles and legal elements of any service provided through the electronic dealing complex (Zamakan) or any means or communication channel.

2. Zamakan is an electronic dealing complex that works to connect customers with service providers through the communication channels it operates within the scope of its services provided through its website and is satisfied with the role of an intermediary without any responsibility towards the customer.

3. Zamakan operates within a geographical scope that includes the United Arab Emirates and does not operate outside this scope and does not bear any material or moral obligations, whatever their form or value, for any requests outside the geographical scope of Zamakan's work.

4. Any obligations provided by the service provider to Zamakan customers without its knowledge or reference to it are not valid or binding on Zamakan except in accordance with a written agreement.

5. Zamakan obliges service providers through agreements that differ according to the nature of the service to provide services with high quality and through a specialized work team and to exercise honesty, integrity, accuracy and professionalism and bear all material and moral responsibilities towards that.

6. Zamkan obliges service providers to refrain from any actions, practices or acts that violate good morals and conduct, maintain the confidentiality and privacy of customers, and respect all state regulations.

7. In the event that the customer is harmed during the provision of the service by the service provider, Zamkan's role is limited to preparing a damage report to preserve the interests of customers and identifying some solutions or proposals to remove the harm without any obligation on Zamkan to implement them or towards the customer. Rather, for the purpose of removing the harm from the customer by the service provider. In the event that Zamkan decides, exceptionally and voluntarily, to participate in compensation, the value of compensation in all cases does not exceed 2,000 (two thousand) Emirati dirhams.

8. Zamkan is committed to compensating customers in one case only, which is choosing an unlicensed service provider operating illegally.

9. Once the service dues are paid, the customer acknowledges that he has read and reviewed the terms and conditions for providing services and dealing with Zamkan and has agreed to them.

10. Reporting any problems: You can report any problems that have occurred within the time period mentioned below: Lost or stolen items: within 48 hours. Damaged or damaged items: within 24 hours.

11. These terms and conditions apply to all services advertised through the website or otherwise, including (daily cleaning, deep cleaning, hourly maid service, repairs, furniture moving, furniture storage, garden landscaping services, interior decoration, water tank cleaning, landscaping works, etc.)

12. These terms and conditions apply whether the service request with the customer was made through the website or through any other channel (phone call, smart application, WhatsApp application, official social media sites of the electronic dealing complex (Zamakan).
